RESPONSE KPI Monitoring Platform

The Response Online Monitoring Platform is a powerful tool designed to support project monitoring and evaluation of smart city interventions in the LightHouse Cities (LHCs) of Turku and Dijon.
It empowers end-users to assess the performance of RESPONSE solutions and compare different implementations within the Lighthouse Cities.

The platform offers access to a set of 39 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across eight thematic dimensions (e.g., Energy, Environment, Mobility, ICT). These are categorized into core (compulsory) and supporting (optional) indicators, with core KPIs being essential for PED performance assessment. The KPIs are visualized at four spatial levels: city-wide, PED, Positive Energy Block (PEB), and building level.
A number of high-level KPIs are publicly available to all visitors, while registered users benefit from access to additional functionalities such as raw data download and more detailed dashboards. The platform supports multiple user roles, offering tailored access levels according to stakeholder type.
